Descripción
Sumario:In this paper, we analyze the value appraisals that Paraguayan migrants make about their society of origin in contrast with the receiving country (Argentina), based on interviews and observations made in Gran Rosario (Santa Fe) between 2010 and 2013. From references to their trajectories, we analyze the development of migrant narratives, which are key elements of their construction of identity. This allows us to understand the dimensions that permeate these trajectories, their contradictions and their elaboration through the ambiguity of their value appraisals (Sayad, 2010a).
