Descrição
Resumo:The depletion distribution behaviour of the Cuernavaca aquifer, in Morelos state, was determined over ten years period, analyzing the static levels in rain-dry season and the geometry of various uses whose extraction volumes were close to 220 hm3/y. The overlie ground layers are made up of sedimentary and igneous soils, which overlie a mostly free-type aquifer. The degrees of water pressure were obtained with underground water level decrease greater than 10 meters, allowing the detection of vulnerable points regarding water availability. The extraction is used to satisfy the demands of urban public use, both in domestic service, as well as in businesses and services such as micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. This implies, it seeks to contribute to the diagnosis of the degree of aquifer stress in order to have a sustainable exploitation. Otherwise, subsidence effects could occur, generating subsidence in the ground with constructive implications.
