| Summary: | This work is an exercise of communicative analysis, it studies the judgment of the Electoral Tribunal, part of the Federal Judicial Branch, that lawfully resolved the post-electoral controversy of the presidential election in 2006. Using the Theory of communicative action of Habermas, this work reveals the reasons of the failure of Felipe Calderon government; this one originated from this election.
