| Resumo: | We discuss the tech numbers of the spaces C-p(X) and Cp(X, I) (where the tech number of a space Z is the pseudocharacter of Z in Z). We establish the relation between the tech numbers of C-p(X) and of C-p(X, I), find some upper and lower bounds for the tech number of C-p(X, I) in terms of the cardinal functions of X, and discuss the minimal possible infinite value that the tech number of C-p f (X, I) can have.
