Descrição
Resumo:A new dinosaur ichnological site located in the Uppper Jurassic of Ababuj (Teruel, Spain) is described. It is formed by at least twenty oval-shaped and five tridactyl-shaped footprint beds is on the centimetrical-scale and these levels show a thin internal lamination. The lenght of the oval imprints ranges from 21 to 86 cm and the width form 14 to 84 cm. This preliminary exploration carried out in the sorroundings of Ababuj-Aguilar allows to expect new findings of footprint sites in the Upper Jurassic of this area of the Iberian Chain.
