| Resumo: | The management or governance of the company is of vital importance for its development and that of the people who work in it and with whom it relates. The study of the anthropological basis of action can provide important elements for carrying out this task. To this end, a study of the proposal on the acts of the will elaborated by Thomas Aquinas and based on the contributions of Leonardo Polo is proposed; it begins with the study of human’s possessive and effusive desire and continues with an analysis of Aquinas’ proposal based on Polo’s observations on this subject. In the conclusions, the fields of application to management and business are proposed. |
