Descrição
Resumo:During the revision and documentation of the specimens of the subfamily Pimeliinae (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae) deposited in the collection of the Natural Sciences Museum of Barcelona, six species described by Francesc Español (1951, 1958a, b, 1967) and one by Ascensi Codina (1918) were found to have no holotype designation in the original description despite being indicated as such on the labels of the specimens belonging to typical series. According to the rules of ICNZ (2003) we hereby designate lectotypes and paralectotypes for all seven species.
