At last! Discovery of archaeological features through aerial imagery and lidar at Galician hillforts
Galicia, in NW Spain, is a region where aerial archaeology has rarely been practiced in the past, even compared with just the rest of the Iberian Peninsula. There are two main reasons for that. Firstly, nobody “blazed the trail” for such practices.
