Tomato tos1 mutation identifies a gene essential for osmotic tolerance and abscisic acid sensitivity
Osmotic stress severely limits plant growth and agricultural productivity. We have used mutagenesis to identify plant genes that are required for osmotic stress tolerance in tomato.
