| Resumo: | In this study,the Salutogenic Models, Multifactorial Model of Positive Mental Health and Resilience in the population of professionals of the Medical Emergency System (SEM) have been proposed. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the mental health perception in the work contexts of the professionals of the SEM of Girona. Methodology: Descriptive, cross-sectional, correlational and psychometric study. Socio-demographic and work variables, variables related to the sense of coherence (SOC-13), positive mental health (CSMP) and resilience (CD-RISC) were studied. Results: 406 professionals aged 38.2 years on average. 88.4% had a fixed contract and 46.8% said they were very satisfied with their work. SEM health professionals indicated high levels of job satisfaction in relation to attitude Of help towards others and the coping capacity in front of stress situations. Conclusions: SEM professionals presented high scores on the SOC, CSMP and CD-RISC questionnaires. The instruments used have shown good levels of reliability at the level of internal consistency |
