Drawing from historical conceptualizations of trans* identities in Barcelona and conducting a documental analysis to set a dialogue between Llop’s photographies and Missé’s arguments, this article aims at widening our current epistemological framework on trans* and other gender-dissident identities through organic materiality, practice, and experience, ultimately giving voice while producing multiple embodied queer epistemologies (Santos, 2023).: Este artigo explora o trabalho da ativista e fotógrafa trans* Mar C. Llop, Identity Constructions, Work in progress (2017) a partir da perspetiva dos estudos críticos trans* contemporâneos catalães, especificamente utilizando a crítica do ativista e investigador trans* Miquel Missé ao paradigma biomédico no âmbito da ética corporal trans* contemporânea (Missé, 2018). Com base em concetualizações históricas das identidades trans* em Barcelona, e realizando uma análise documental para estabelecer um diálogo entre as fotografias de Llop e os argumentos de Missé, este artigo pretende alargar o nosso quadro epistemológico atual sobre as identidades trans* e outras dissidências de género através da materialidade orgânica, prática e experiência, em última instância, dando voz a, e produzindo, múltiplas epistemologias queer consubstanciadas (Santos, 2023).Centro de Estudos Sociais da Universidade de CoimbraUniversitat de Vic - Universitat Central de Catalunya.
