description The focus of this doctoral dissertation is based on a historical explanation of the causes that drove a group of Jews who were part of a small Messianic movement within Judaism in first century to create in the course of time one of the most widespread religions on the planet: Christianity. My doctoral dissertation research represents an original contribution in the field of studies of Ancient History as it expounds with various arguments and reasonings that the split of this group of Messianic Jews from within the bosom of Judaism took place in the second century. Despite the fact that there exists much research on the first century, Especially on both Jesus' thoughts and St. Paul's thoughts, few authors have set out to work on and delved into the actual century of the cultural and religious split between Judaism and Christianity. The doctoral dissertation I am submitting before the respected members of the thesis examining jury is a novel contribution to properly explain the historical, theological and political causes that gave rise to the founding of Christianity as an independent religion separate from its mother religion, Judaism.

La labor de investigación representa un aporte original dentro del campo de los estudios de la historia antigua, ya que expone con variadas argumentaciones que la división entre el grupo cristiano del seno del judaísmo se produjo en el siglo II. Aunque existen muchas investigaciones sobre el siglo I, especialmente sobre el pensamiento de Jesús y el pensamiento de San Pablo, pocos autores han trabajado el verdadero siglo de la ruptura religiosa. La tesis doctoral que presento ante el honorable tribunal representa una contribución novedosa para explicar adecuadamente las causas históricas, teológicas y políticas que derivaron en la creación del cristianismo como una religión independiente separada de su religión-madre: el judaísmo.L´argument central d´aquest treball doctoral es fonamenta en una explicació històrica de les causes que encaminaren a un aplec de jueus mesiànics (s.I d.C.), a fundar en el decurs del temps, una de les religions més esteses del planeta: el cristianisme. La tasca d´investigació representa una aportació original en el món dels estudis de la història antiga, sí més no, exposa amb variats raonaments, que la separació del primitiu grup cristià del si del judaisme, esdevé el s. II d.C. Malgrat que hi ha nombroses investigacions històriques que ens parlen del s.I d.
