Resumo:[EN] Achieving significant changes in the teaching-learning process through the use of ICT has been one of the foundations of the current curricular transformation in Higher Education, an aspect that gained significant importance during the Covid-19 pandemic. These transformations must manifest in the updating of pedagogical concepts and practices that involve redefining the role of the teacher and designing teaching-learning models different from traditional ones. It is precisely in this educational environment where virtual laboratories in Electrical Circuits courses emerge to promote the formation of knowledge and professional skills in students, as well as the development of autonomous, collaborative, and professionalized learning. The objective of the research is to design virtual laboratory practices for the study of harmonics in electrical circuits. The application is based on the free software Scilab and allows for the study of harmonics, as well as experimentation, demonstration, and design of electrical filters to mitigate their effects. The study was based on a mixed methodology in which analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods were used, and as empirical methods, a survey was employed. The research was conducted in the Electrical Engineering program with a sample of 40 students. The results corroborate the importance of using virtual laboratories to improve the teaching-learning process post-pandemic.
