Sumario:The appearance of third parties in enforcement is more common than in the declaration phase due to the large quantity of assets of an estate which may be affected. In view of the very broad variety of cases existing, which generate different procedural solutions, a simplification is proposed through the creation of a single procedure for the intervention of the aforesaid third parties.
