| Resumo: | [EN] Conscientious objection to abortion by health care professionals sometimes involves violations of sex-ual and reproductive rights of women. This evidence jus-tifies the relevance of an analysis of the phenomenon from a feminist perspective, in order to take into account the abuses committed, the underlying moral discourses, power relationships established among professionals, institutions and users. This analysis allows a thorough identification of problems and provides with the required arguments to strengthen the struggle for the respect of women’s decision-making capacity. |
