Description
Summary:Can an entertainment program establish complex goals in the perspective of public service? I permit myself to advance a reply: yes, as long as this program is able to speak to the viewer. This article traces the genealogy of these adventures in involving the audience starting with programs which, in carrying out a change of register in some of the rules of the game, made the viewer feel him/herself to be such, aware of his or her own voyeuristic presence. These changes of register are risky operations that are necessary in order for us to become aware of our limits.
