| Sumario: | Sports technicians are one of the key elements in the supply of sports services, including those aimed for schoolchildren. The aim of this study is to find out the satisfaction of parents of school-age children who take part in organised sporting activities with sports technicians. We drew up a questionnaire that was designed to enable us to assess the factors determining satisfaction/dissatisfaction. The results show that a large majority are satisfied with sports technicians. One of the main factors governing satisfaction/dissatisfaction is the parents’ perception of their children’s enjoyment when taking part in sporting activities. We should mention that when it comes to expectations as to entry into top-class sport, this is when there is greater dissatisfaction with sports technicians. |
