| Resumo: | The purpose of this research work is to carry out an analysis of the processes and procedures for the granting and granting of credits in the Cooperative de Ahorro y Crédito "Unión Cochapamba"; To determine the level of efficiency of the operational and commercial credit area and thus improve processes, for this, RAD sessions were carried out, with AS - TO BE analysis through BMP (Business process management), which focused on reducing times deaths and activities that do not add value to the client / partner and the Institution, in order for the Cooperative to have social responsibility and better evaluate the credit subject. I propose a better credit methodology, this contemplates the Reengineering of the Policies and Procedures Manual for the granting and granting of credits, setting out clear and concise policies, so the loan officers will be able to better carry out the promotion, evaluation and placement of credits, through the execution of activities of: information, negotiation, receipt of credit applications, to continue with the verification and analysis of the capacity and willingness to pay for the approval and disbursement of the credit, ending with the correct file and custody of the file. In this way, processes will be improved avoiding loss of resources and time, consolidating job stability, improvement in the administration of the loan portfolio and thus generating confidence in clients by placing credit with adequate amounts and terms.
