In this regard, this article is aimed at a comprehensive analysis of attempts to develop adequate measures of constitutional and legal responsibility in order to protect the Constitution of the Russian Federation, to ensure its Supreme legal force, supremacy and direct action, as well as the supremacy of Federal Laws based on it throughout the Russian Federation. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the analysis of domestic experience in the implementation of the procedure of this responsibility.
