| Resumo: | Introduction: administrative management nowadays within the company is considered as a primary task to be carried out and fulfilled through the execution of various activities aimed at coordinating operational resources and complying with the present degree thesis work. Objective: to assess the incidence of administrative management in the production department of the company Agripalban S.A., Methodology: the audit process and a field investigation are based for the collection of information. Results: improvements in the operation by the administration, focused on improving the status of EFE, EFI, raising the level of production, and implementing internal control to achieve compliance with the planning, identifying the activities that significantly affect the department of production, Conclusion: it is determined that the administrative management affects the fulfillment of the operation of the production department, which allows us to improve to obtain a productive increase in the company.
