| Sumario: | The objective of this project was to design a Business Plan to stablish flower marketer at United States. Where the environment in which Ecuadorian floricultural sector and its main commercial partner United States were analyzed, a study market was carried out to identify and define the demand, location of the project, organizational foundations were specified, structure, processes, legal necessary requirements for business operation and marketing strategies, finally a financial study and evaluation were carried out that allowed to get the required investment and viability. This research used a mixed methodological method, quantitative and qualitative, numerical data was collected and reality of the environment was described. The population corresponded to the florists located in New Jersey, the sample corresponded to 333, surveying to their representatives. The financial evaluation of the project demonstrated its NPV (Net Present Value) feasibility that would be perceived with the opening of trading company is USD. 113,270.74, because it is a positive value, its economic resources are not compromised. The IRR (Internal Rate of Return) exceeds the opportunity cost (50.83%> 6.15%), which indicates that it is an acceptable and executable option; The investment will be recovered from the first year, four months and ten days approximately |
