| Resumo: | The necessity of improving the teaching of the English language for Specific Purposes for the career of Nursing has motivated the author to write an essay, in it some experiences in the teaching of this subject are shared, also some specialized bibliography has been consulted, and this research is supported by other investigations developed by the author of this paper and other authors. Theoretical and empiric methods were used in it, as observation and inquiry, also analysis and synthesis. The methodology proposed will develop communicative competence in the students of the career of Nursing at the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador in Esmeraldas. |
