| Summary: | In the province of Corrientes, from the 1990s onwards, the modern agriculture model advanced rapidly, in a context of convertibility, opening of the economy and deregulation of markets. This process hurt productions for self-consumption. The objective of this work was to analyze the trajectory and current situation of the Three Colonies Agroecological Group. In the framework of a Participatory Action Research, the group timeline was built in a participatory way. For the analysis, aspects of the context were taken into account, such as public policies for rural development and family farming. The participatory reconstruction of the group's history served to make a journey through its trajectory, revaluing the achievements and identifying aspects of the current circumstances that could be worked on and improved. It was observed that the group's trajectory was different from that of other producers who opted for modern agriculture. The change towards the agroecological production model allowed greater autonomy regarding the use of inputs and the commercialization of products. The analysis revealed the importance of group organization and of the accompaniment of INCUPO for access to public policies, financing, training and direct marketing. |
