MQRInvestigar, 8(3), 4749–4763. https://doi.org/10.56048/MQR20225.8.3.2024.4749-47632588-0659https://dspace.ube.edu.ec/handle/123456789/2763URL: https://www.investigarmqr.com/ojs/index.php/mqr/article/view/1704/5376La enseñanza de las Matemáticas ha sido históricamente un desafío considerable para los docentes tutores, pues ella implica un proceso mecánico, donde va más allá de eso, un proceso de razonamiento lógico, y su didáctica debe estar en función de las necesidades propias de los estudiantes, por lo cual, el presente estudio tiene como propósito evaluar la implementación de una guía metodológica basada en el arte lúdico, permitido para mejorar el aprendizaje de Matemáticas en estudiantes de octavo grado en la Unidad Educativa Sinaí, Morona Santiago. Para alcanzar tal fin, la investigación se empleó desde un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Se usó la técnica de la encuesta para la muestra sujeta a estudio, de 30 estudiantes, a la misma se le aplicó un instrumento dicotómico contentivo de 15 ítems, Sirvió para medir el conocimiento y percepción respecto a las metodologías empleadas para la enseñanza y aprendizaje de las matemáticas. Los resultados muestran una percepción positiva hacia las actividades lúdicas y su impacto en la comprensión de conceptos matemáticos complejos, si bien persisten desafíos en la diversificación de recursos didácticos.
