| Sumario: | This Master's thesis intends to analyze the financial management of the public company with the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) case study EP PETROECUADOR, through the application of techniques descriptive research to evaluate its impact and improvement of its processes. The objectives of the present research is to know the theoretical and conceptual elements of the ERP system, through the study of the application of business software, for the verification of new management processes; as well as make an organizational diagnosis of the Finance Department through strategic planning techniques to identify the problems that affect the management decision making. Its core part is to analyze, interpret and evaluate the impact of the implementation of ERP, within the Finance Department, through the evaluation of its different modules of integration, through the treatment of statistical data of the information to identify the methodological processes that characterize the ERP system, by monitoring the execution and evaluation of the online module with centralized data of the system for the optimization of management processes. |
