| Summary: | The objective of this article was: identify the state of the art of how SMEs develop foresight processes for scanning and understand the environment aimed at anticipating changes in contingency factors, as well as what are the main barriers to the adoption of these processes. The context of the research is located in SMEs entrepreneurs from Argentine Patagonia. A systematic literature review (SRL) was developed, using scientific journal databases to identify key concepts, which were grouped into dimensions and validated via card-sorting technique with foresight experts. This work validated most of the dimensions, but others were found to show conflict between theory and practice. |
