| Resumo: | The lack of regulations in domestic electrical installations allows the existence of unqualifed workers and the expensive charge for this service, therefore the main purpose of the present project is to development a business plan in order to create a small business, located in Ibarra city, which will be adjusted to the current economy of the city. This process begins with the reviewing and understanding the theory related to perform a business plan, in order to identify the problem, its structure and its way of determining the feasibility and execution of the business proposal. In addition, it will perform a market study through the application of a survey that allows to identify the level of acceptance of this type of small business, as well as the competition that could exists within the market. A financial analysis to know the profitability and economic viability for the creation of the small business, through financial indicators such as VNA, IRR, C/B. |
