Descripción
Sumario:This article constructed in the department of Social Science and Law in The University Laica VICENTE ROCAFUERTE Guayaquil explores the scientific contribution of the results in the R + D + i Project “Legal observatory for the strengthening of public policies in family law” which has the code: IC-ULVR-18-68. Its central theme is aligned with the publications of the International Center for Work and Family. It specifically focuses on the IFREI study 1.5. Corporate Family Responsibility which explores the company analyzed in terms of the environmental and social responsibility for the benefit of people and society. The objective of this research was to demonstrate the empowerment of the family for the economic progress of the country. This was to ensure that public policies had a leading role as the fundamental nucleus of Ecuadorian society. The research used a qualitative scientific approach based on documentary analysis under an explanatory typology. It should be noted that one of the fundamental conclusions of the study found that the family-study work conflict constitutes a personal situation in which the overload of the same hinders a satisfactory relationship with the spouse, children or other family members and also the lack of time to develop other aspects relevant to personal life. This can generate a situation of dissatisfaction which hinders their personal and professional development.
