And as a result of this, this text shows that the human being does not allow himself to be trapped in the category of neurosis, but of the monstrous, and therefore every clinic in these times must be a clinic of the differentials that do not allow themselves to be delimited by any device.Este artículo se sumerge en los inicios del psicoanálisis de Freud y muestra cómo se inventa el dispositivo de la neurosis como lo esencial para tratar la cura del sufrimiento humano y en ello se genera una determinación de nuestro inconsciente que a lo largo del siglo XX ya no resiste más, pues en ello todo lo que escapa de la neurosis no se puede tratar y la propia neurosis es parte del problema humano a superar.
