| Resumo: | This text comments on and analyzes articles presented in the last edition which, from diverse analytical approaches, attempt to project an image of how the complex security history of the region is taking shape. The author considers that said works contribute, in a bold and concrete manner, to providing a response to academic questions that arise from the emergence of new structures and problems generated by the change in the dynamic of multilateralism and bilateralism that constitute the basis for a new South American regionalism. |
