The findings highlight the establishment of a solid organization at national level, the impact on public policies such as old-age pensions and the inclusion in institutional spaces with the State.Este artículo tiene el objetivo de describir y analizar las experiencias de lucha del movimiento social de personas pensionadas nicaragüenses desde su origen en el año 2007 hasta el 2017. Se ha utilizado una metodología participativa por medio de la realización de entrevistas a 57 miembros del movimiento, llevadas a cabo en 9 departamentos del país a finales del 2017.
