Descripción
Sumario:This article assumes the approach of the historical-cultural perspective that recognizes the criticism of the role played by ideological values in educational and pedagogical processes in general and in religious education in particular. From critical and decolonial interreligious-intercultural education, the historical background and phenomenology of Afro-Caribbean Ifá-Orisha / Yoruba-Lukumí spirituality are analytically described. This spirituality is a complementary alternative to the positivist, Eurocentric, and biomedical health paradigm. Finally, it concludes with an epilogue where a case study is presented that describes a religious education book that starts from the assumed perspective.
