The future vulnerability was estimate using this relationship, the actual vulnerability study and the climate schenarios modelling, Those actual risk areas, would be more vulnerabities if temperature increases in the future as a result of climate change.Se caracteriza la vulnerabilidad del sector salud de Costa Rica ante el clima, por medio de un análisis de los componentes de exposición, sensibilidad y resiliencia del sistema, tomando como caso de estudio la incidencia de la enfermedad del dengue. Se demuestra la relación entre la enfermedad y las diferentes fases del fenómeno El Niño-Oscilación Sur. A partir de la relación clima-enfermedad, la vulnerabilidad del sistema y las proyecciones del clima bajo un escenario de cambio climático, se construye la vulnerabilidad futura del sector.
