One particularly notable finding is the presence of tense situations among the actors involved in the structured heritage and tourism narratives. Although a romantic vision of nature prevails in the narrative, the territorialization of proposals shows a utilitarian use of the wetland, which is “conditioned” for its valorization.

Específicamente, se aborda la configuración de la Reserva Natural e Histórica Querla Lobo (Buenos Aires) como patrimonio y atractivo turístico. El enfoque metodológico propuesto es de carácter mixto. Se aplicaron entrevistas a informantes clave y cuestionarios a residentes y ex habitantes del lugar. Asimismo, se indagaron los discursos construidos en los instrumentos normativos y en los medios de divulgación. Entre los principales resultados, se destaca un escenario de tensión en relación a los actores y a los relatos patrimoniales y turísticos estructurados. A pesar de que desde la narrativa prevalece una visión romántica de la naturaleza, la territorialización de propuestas evidencia un uso utilitario del humedal, el que es “acondicionado” para su puesta en valor.O objetivo do trabalho foi analisar os processos de patrimonialização e turistificação de um caso no espaço rural argentino, à luz de certas dinâmicas socioterritoriais contemporâneas.
