| Resumo: | This work analyzes the land restitution process in the old Hacienda Santa Paula in the municipality of Montería - Córdoba and its application, progress, effectiveness and / or tensions. This analysis begins with a historical account of the internal armed conflict in this area of the department of Córdoba and the process of dispossession to which the peasants were subjected. Then studying the restitution process that contemplates the return and the post-judgment process.
