Sumario:Maritime transport represents 90% of the international movement of cargo, being the engine of the global economy, but facing high administrative costs and the negative impact on the environment. Blockchain technology has become a positive catalyst for the efficiency of the administrative processes of the maritime sector supported by the transmission of data in real time: eliminating the presentation of printed documents, streamlining the logistics operation of cargo, improving the control of traceability, and providing an environmentally friendly solution.
