Descrição
Resumo:The purpose of this article is to indicate some contributions of Friedrich Nietzsche's philosophy to the debate on “concepts and conceptions of freedom” in the fields of law and politics. The content to be presented will have as its starting point the philosopher's critique of morality and will explore, from this critique, the ways in which he expands the concept of freedom and reframes the concept of responsibility. The basic material to be used for this investigation will be, in particular, the second section of the second dissertation of the Genealogy of Morals and the aphorism 188 of Beyond Good and Evil.
