| Sumario: | The present article deals with one aspect of the correlation between the two Russian capitals, Moscow and Saint Petersburg, i.e.: the female image of Moscow and, therefore, the male character of Saint Petersburg, that graduated in the Russian literature and culture and their transformations over the XVIII-XX centuries. As examples, we will use some works of Russian classics such as Aleksandr Pushkin, Leo Tolstoy and Nikolai Gogol, among others. |
