Descrição
Resumo:The paper analyzes the main difficulties faced in the construction of Technoethical parameters in the present time. The hypothesis of this article lies in finding the constant that crosses the Technological Singularity, the NBIC Convergence and Collective Intelligence as integrative and primeval constitutive variable of Technoethics for purposes of paradigmatic analysis under Dworkin's Theory of Integrity in Law. Thus, grounded on the logical-deductive-dogmatic method, this study is based on historical incursions and doctrinal concepts to demonstrate the existence of the constant in question and, finally, to motivate its adoption.
