Resumo:Communication between unions and their professional categories has undergone significant changes in recent decades, when the analog communication model was replaced by interactions in digital media. In this process, union sites stand out, the gateway to a more agile, less costly and more interactive system for organizing and mobilizing workers. This article aimed to apply a comparative protocol for quality assessment on union sites, with an intentional sampling consisting of ten different professional categories. The article is relevant to draw the attention of communication professionals, students and researchers to aspects that cannot be neglected in the system managment. The result indicates that metallurgists, subway workers and oil workers are currently the best rated sites.
