Sumario:The research deals with the possibility of doing flânerie from trips in urban public transport and, thus, obtaining a different look at the city, its histories and inhabitants. To this end, we followed a trajectory towards the 19th century in Paris and found in the flânerie of the period, described by the works of Walter Benjamin (1994), a similar action to that of our investigations on the capital of Ceará, carried out from inside the Grande Circular I bus (151). Thus, in addition to an analysis of the urban aspects of Fortaleza, we are interested in a reflection on the everyday (CERTEAU, 2012; BLANCHOT, 2007) of the locations where we transit, as well as the interactions established (CAIAFA, 2002, 2004) between passengers and theirs with the space that surrounds and accompanies us throughout the journey.
