| Sumario: | This research aims to create a smartphone application that promotes greater interaction between agents of the music chain, with the dissemination and promotion of musical events, improving this contact making it more suitable among interested parties. The Nielsen Norman Group (2017) method was used, with four steps and 11 tools, which start from the conceptualization of the object to the development of its prototypes. As a result, a medium fidelity prototype was obtained that will serve in the optimized interaction of the musical culture and in the access to adequate methods for the development of digital interfaces. This is an innovative project, as it places the three agents in the music chain as simultaneous protagonists – artists, public and event organizers – meeting their needs and benefiting their connections. |
