Resumo:Collaborative actions are naturally interlocking with conflict processes. In other words, collaboration can lead to conflicts and vice versa. This article discusses the implications of this mutual influence, checking the dynamics of conflict escalation often present in online collaborative practices. To do so, it examines the trajectory of building an entry from Wikipedia, the Free Encyclopedia, evaluating the tensions introduced in the pages of debate over the collective and computermediated production.
