| Resumo: | Based on the industrialization process promoted after the 1949 Revolution, Chinese economic and social development over the last forty years is an extraordinary phenomenon. China presented an average growth of the Gross Domestic Product in this period of approximately 9.5% p.a., positioning itself as the main economic partner of numerous countries and blocs. Mercosur, in turn, underwent a conceptual change over the first decade and a half of the 21st century, having expanded its base and strengthened relations with the geopolitical south, especially with China. In this sense, this work seeks to analyze the advance of China's geoeconomics relations with Mercosur from the year 2003 to the present day. |
