| Resumo: | The planning and management models adopted in contemporary Brazilian cities reveal a lack of articulation between scales and sectors, resulting in urban occupation processes that are not concerned about the environmental attributes of the territory, causing problems such as flood, landslides and erosion of the land. The need to rethink the articulation between scales – from local to regional – and issues – environmental, social, economic, cultural, aesthetic – leads to the identification of Landscape as a potential field of encounter of these universes that hardly dialogue in the planning routine and territory management. Having this proposal as a guiding thread, this article promotes an approach to the “Program for Sustainable Drainage and Revitalization of Urban Rivers for UGRHI 13”, promoted by the Tietê Jacaré River Basin Committee in the interior of the State of São Paulo, envisioning the Landscape as element capable of promoting transit between scales and approaches. |
