| Sumario: | Initial teacher training has been shaped by various public policies aimed at enhancing the role of teachers in disseminating knowledge and improving the quality of basic education teaching. Notably, the Institutional Teaching Initiation Scholarship Program (PIBID) stands out, with its objective of establishing a connection between future teachers and public school classrooms. This report shares the experiences of students from the Biology nucleus (notice 2022/2024) at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, highlighting the main teaching modalities employed during different moments of intervention in three (03) partner schools. The reports indicate that PIBID holds significant potential during the initial training process, fostering meaningful experiences for future educators. |
