| Sumario: | The present article elaborates an (n)ethnography with the Kanhgág people to think about food spaces created by them as cultural organizations, social networking groups, and their daily eating habits. Ag Jẽn means our food, and is an anthropological food space created by the Kanhgág that is sometimes called typical food.
