Resumo:From a qualitative approach, the use of which is rare in the theme focused on this research, the aim of this study was to describe and analyze factors influencing retaliatory attitudes of young workers. Therefore, the situation of social vulnerability and the stage of adaptation to the professional reality of the specific context of the subjects studied were considered. The content analysis of the 23 interviews conducted showed that the subjects studied are low propensity for retaliation, using of the conformation of the panorama, proposing greater reflexivity for the studies on such themes and such social actors in the field of organizational behavior
