| Resumo: | In this work I plan to analyze the reception in Brazil of the ideas of two important authors of the marxist tradition: Antonio Gramsci and Edward Thompson. This choice, which excludes other names that exerted great influence in shaping this tradition in Brazil, is warranted by the hypothesis, to be tested along the text, of knew in the end of the 70s, some central ideas of each authors had significant importance on political and academic debates, at a moment that can be considered by crisis and turnaround of the Brazilian left. I try to expose this relationship through analysis of texts that refer to ideas taken from the works of these two characters. |
