Sumario:The dehydration is a decurrently physiological condition of one drawn out corporal hydric loss. Its can affect the physiological function and the body temperature, unchaining complications and harming the performance during the exercise, in athlete and practitioners. The present study it is characterized as research of experimental character, through quantitative analysis, culminating in a proposal of intervention, the type "before and later", with the objective esteem the corporal dehydration in real situations of sportive practice. The variable related to the volume and density of piss of amateur athletes of futsal had been analyzed, after load of physical training and technical, in relation to the dehydration degree. The sample was composed for six players of futsal with age between 15 and 18 years old and time of practical of this modality varying between 6 and 11 years. The data had been collected and observed in the training place, during one afternoon, using themselves one refratometry equipment, the tetrapolar bioimpedancy, a graduated test tube and a scale mechanics. The results had presented one high correlation, r = 0.84, pointing that the athletes were, in its majority, dehydrated before the trainings. During the trainings the athletes had drunk water to the will and, after 90 minutes, when being reevaluated, continued dehydrated.
